Because of restrictions placed by the federal government in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), our providers cannot answer questions regarding your health care by e-mail.  Thank you for your understanding.

Emergency Situations: You may call the office 24 hours a day and a provider will return your call. Life and death emergencies need to go directly to the emergency department without calling a provider. If the emergency is not life threatening and can wait for the next office day, please call the office during working hours. If it will not wait for the next day, please call the office  (862-AVFM) and follow the directions on the answering machine.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE CALL-BLOCKING for callers who do not provide Caller ID: YOU MUST DISABLE CALL BLOCKING in order for a provider to return your call.

We will always strive to provide a limited number of "same day appointments" so your urgent care needs can be taken care of in the office whenever possible.
